How to use
1. Surface treatment: grinding or sandblasting to clean the surface to be bonded.
 
2. Glue preparation: mix the two components A and B evenly according to the requirements. A: B= 2:1 (mixing weight ratio)
 
3. Sizing: evenly apply the adjusted glue to the surface of the adhesive to be adhered to. The thinner the glue is, the better.Double-sided glue works best.then make the bonding parts are closed and compacted.
 
4. Curing: The initial curing time is about 4 hours at room temperature 25 deg C,the complete curing time is about 24 hours at room temperature 25 deg C,if you can heat up the mixture to the temperature of 80 deg C,and keep the
temperature for 2 hours,to do the post curing,it can achieve higher comprehensive performance (can improve 30%),when the temperature is low in winter,after finishing pasting,should keep a certain ambient temperature for making the
adhesive fully cured (try to let the adhesive be curing at more than 15 deg C),can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating.
 
5.The adjusted glue should be used up before the initial curing.It is advisable to mix the amount of glue below 5kg each time, too much is not easy to adjust evenly, each time the usable time of prepared glue is 60 minutes,the usable time is
long under the low temperature,the usable time is short under the high temperature,should be adjusted according to the actual situation.

 Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Keep away from dangerous sources during storage and transportation.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous
product during transportation.
